Temperature settings in F degrees, air pressure settings in inchHg

Starting with release V1_0 it is possible to set LiV so that it measures temperature in F degrees and barometric pressure in inchHg.

LiV Pi comes pre-configured to measure temperature in C degrees and air pressure in hPa.

To change these setting, go to "/home/pi/liv/livDB" directory and edit "FORMAT" section.  After that run "cleanLiVDB" script. No need to reboot.
