The previous LiV image is based on Raspbian Jessie, so it does not run on Raspberry Pi model 3B+.
The new image is based on Raspbian Stretch, so it does runs on RPi model 3B+. LiV code base is Python, so this image should also run on models 3B and 2B. It might also run on B+, but I did not test it yet.
Use the older LiV image (based on Jessie) if you have an older RPi model B+ or B.
